Do not share account access with family members or friends. All activity on your account is your responsibility. If someone else places bets using your credentials and incurs losses, BJ App cannot reverse those transactions.

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit where possible.
BJ App does not charge fees on withdrawals. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate promptly.
In cases where BJ App suspects fraudulent activity, chargebacks or a violation of these Terms, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending an investigation. BJ App will communicate any such hold to you directly and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
BJ App offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are optional — you are never required to accept a bonus before depositing or playing. Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit or bet — for an extended period may be classified as dormant. BJ App will contact you before any action is taken on a dormant account.
